Stopped by US 36 and Country Club Rd., They had a tester for Keyless entry remote controls, I asked the man where I could find the tester, he said, "go up front" yep, it was up front alright, my unit worked, so it had power, the sign said "we can help with making it work in your vehicle" I ask if he could assist me, he sharply replied, TAKE IT BACK TO THE DEALER" I got on-line and found out the 3 easy steps to make the device open and close the locks on my doors.. you would think of the old cliche', If you think training is expensive, try ignorance"

Excellent store. Always trying to help. If they do not have the part in stock they will attempt to order it. If they cannot get it they will recommend were to try to get it. Clean store. Great hours.

CAN YOU SAY IDIOTS! I TRAVEL A LOT AND DONT HAVE TIME TO BE DOWN. SO WHEN I NEED A PART, I NEED IT. I USUALLY LOOK THE PART UP MYSELF ONLINE AND CALL WITH THE PART NUMBER UNTIL I REALIZED THAT IT TAKES A COMPLETE GENIUS TO TYPE THAT PART NUMBER IN AND TELL ME IF THEY HAVE IT. I SUGGEST GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE, I DONT BELIEVE THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THIS RATING TAKLED TO THE SAME STORE AT ALL!

the man on the phone was very helpful and looked up my parts fast i was very happy with my experience and they had the parts first time and were correct and did this all while over the phone thanks autozone

The employee who helped me was a pro- fessional! His knowledge and skill made it easy and enjoyable finding the correct parts. His courteous attitude was refreshing.
