Called yesterday and asked for an approximate quote on replacing the compressor for my refrigerator. Was told they would call back. Never heard back. Called again and said to go ahead and schedule an appointment because it needed to be repaired one way or the other. Was told the technician would be here between 8am and 10am. It is now 11am and no one has showed or called. Called the desk and was told they would check to see what the problem is.
