Danas service was very dissapointing. The consultation was great and they assured me that everything would be exactly what I asked for. When my pick up date came they only had one of five bridesmaid boquets ready. There was no apology or sense of urgency in fixing this problem. They asked me to come back two days later...(the LAST possible minute), I called ahead to see if eveything was prepared and they assured me it was three hours before I came to pick up the flowers. When I arrived the flowers were still not ready!... again no apologies or sense of urgency. I was very patient through this process, but they treated me like I was a major annoyance. That's the last time I spend 1000.00 on fake flowers with Dana's Floral. Their level of service was terrible, and very upsetting during a very stressful time frame. Instead of taking ownership for the issues. They kept blaming me for having an incorrect order put together. They only assembled one bouquet, when I paid for FIVE. I had to have my bridal bouquet redone twice. Truly pathedic.
