They even pay for a customers Race car..If you have to pay a customer to buy from you then you are a sorry company...I have had a GREAT experince at the Local Carquest..They actuall care about the retail side of the business..

after reading the negative comments i did not even bother to call them in fear they will give the same bad treatment, not sure if management knows or cares that people do read the ratings and make purchasing desicions based on them.

So I called ahead to find out my price on a motorcycle battery and was quoted 83.29. I then asked what the "military" discount was (Napa doesn't offer on per say but they usually do put it under a Napa discount) and was cut off saying you can't have one on this item. No explanation or nothing. I then called Shucks (now Orileys) and got the battery at 49.99. When I got back I called Napa & asked to speak to the manager (Cheryl) to explain my diapointment with how I was dealt with there. As soon as I started my story with I found it cheaper she cut me off saying, "Well you may have to get it there then." I was not even finished and I told her so. I had the battery, air conditioning recharge, and wipers priced there & they all were WAY higher then Shucks not to mention they were way less helpful & friendly. I am thinking in these economic times (especially) more effort should be made to keep business, if not with pricing then at least have a friendly attitude. Bottom line.......THEY SUCK. Thumbs down & mark up up.....say NO & save yourself some money & some grief. Your truly Truth
