This Was the Worst!!!

This was the worst repair experience! The technicians they sent out didn't know how to diagnose the problem and they just started replacing parts. The customer service is terrible! Rebecca was the worst. They even hung up on my husband when he called for the fourth visit to say the refrigerator still wasn't repaired and we wanted our money back. Now we have a refrigerator that doesn't work and we are out $435.00! Please call someone else, it has to be better than this, it can't be worse!

I had the worst experience with the rudest "customer service rep" who's name I believe was "Roshanda"... I would not suggest anyone call these people for help for anything. "Roshanda" was impossible to work with, wouldn't even listen to what I was trying to explain to her, spoke over me and interrupted me at regular intervals. I was so displeased I never got the answer to why I had called. Now my search continues, without their so called "help".
